Get verified NordVPN discount codes and the best discounts today
Over three years reviewing digital services at CupoNation New Zealand, I have found the biggest NordVPN savings appear during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day. Discounts during these periods can reach 80% or more, making them the best times to secure long term plans at a much lower price. Since I refresh this NordVPN page twice a week, I keep an eye out for these major seasonal campaigns as they return.
Whether you're working remotely, travelling overseas or connecting to public WiFi at a café, protecting your internet connection is worth considering. NordVPN offers encrypted VPN connections and additional online security features, with longer subscriptions often carrying larger advertised discounts than monthly plans. One of the NordVPN promotions we've featured offered 70% OFF an eligible subscription together with three additional months. While that sounds generous, we recommend comparing the total upfront payment, effective monthly cost and renewal price before signing up. The three bonus months may improve the overall value, but the percentage saving alone doesn't tell you what you'll pay when the promotional term ends. That's why we look beyond headline discounts when gathering NordVPN offers, helping you choose a subscription that suits both your security needs and budget.
Share your referral link with a friend. Once your referee completes account signup on NordVPN, up to 3 months of free subscription credit will post to your account.

New customers can get up to 70% off a 2-year NordVPN plan, with starting prices from NZ$3.39 per month for the Basic plan. After the initial term, the plan renews at NZ$139.08 per year. Checking the renewal pricing before subscribing can help you better understand the long-term cost. We always look at the total cost beyond the promo rate to make sure the deal still works for ongoing use.
Subscribing to NordVPN includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to cancel within that period for a full refund. If you are testing server speeds or compatibility with streaming services, this window provides reassurance. We advise setting a reminder before the 30 days end, ensuring you make an active decision rather than rolling into renewal unintentionally.
Students verified through StudentBeans can receive a 15% NordVPN coupon by providing their institution details and student email. For those accessing research databases or region-specific content, this discount reduces the cost of secure browsing. We recommend completing verification before selecting a plan, so the code is ready at checkout.
Referring friends to NordVPN earns you 3 free months per successful referral, while your friend gains 3 extra months on longer plans or 1 free month on a monthly plan. Sharing your link with someone already considering a VPN increases the likelihood of approval. We suggest coordinating before they subscribe, as referrals only count when applied during sign-up.
